Another garden visitor - Eurasian Red Squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris)

When I noticed that squirrels had started to feed in our bird house, I have put out some nuts for these interesting little guys. They are funny and entertaining but really fast moving, which makes it difficult to get good photographs.

After I had got used to my new Canon R5 camera things have become better, I get more nice shots than before and so I have decided to show some of them here on my website.

Since it is winter 2020/2021 now, it is a challenge to go out and wait in the cold until one appears. It can easily take an hour or two before something happens. Warm cloths are mandatory - look at my "Selfie" in the album ;-).
