my Special Birding Locations page
Some Australian locations are known for their exceptional birding opportunities. Examples are for example the Capertee Valley famous for the appearance of Regent Honeyeaters as well as for Plum-Headed finches. Broome and the Esplanade in Cairns are great wader locations with relevance on an Australian wide scale as is the Kimberley when it comes to Gouldian Finches. Others like the Long Reef Aquatic Reserve have a more local importance. This album is meant to provide some impression on these renowned Birding Locations.
